Solid Wood Bathroom Vanities
Custom OEM Bathroom Vanity for B2B Projects
Custom bathroom cabinet specifications turn a reference design into a clear drawing brief. Start with a design from the custom OEM vanity collection, then identify the dimensions, materials and storage changes required. The HY-G15, Badun, Bulang and Niute references are different designs, not one standard cabinet specification.
Define the cabinet before requesting an OEM quote
Record the cabinet width, depth and height separately from the mirror and installed basin height. Mark the basin position, tap holes, drain clearance and wall fixing points on the drawing. A wider cabinet does not automatically provide a double-basin layout.
Next, identify the material for each component: cabinet body, doors, countertop and basin. Distinguish solid timber from plywood rather than using one material name for the complete set. Approve a finish sample and specify the drawer, door or open-shelf arrangement.
Specification questions
Can a pictured reference be changed in size? Submit the required dimensions for review. The approved drawing and quotation establish the available configuration; the photograph does not confirm every requested change.
Does the quoted cabinet include a mirror and fittings? List the basin, mirror, fixing hardware and other supplied parts separately. Confirm their inclusion for the selected reference.
Compare the wood and plywood vanity collection. For the order schedule, use the bathroom vanity project order checklist. Send the drawing and finish reference through the OEM quotation page. Model-specific MOQ and production timing require quotation confirmation.
