9CREAT is the export brand of Jiuchuang (9CREAT) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. We coordinate two factory bases: ceramic production in Chaozhou and bathroom hardware production in Wenzhou.

9CREAT is a sanitary ware manufacturer with roots in more than 40 years of family experience in the ceramic and bathroom industry. Its Chaozhou ceramic factory was established in 2011 and is led by a general manager with over 15 years in the role. The hardware factory was established in Nan’an in 2014 and relocated to Wenzhou in 2017.
This manufacturing background supports OEM and wholesale bathroom supply for importers, distributors and private-label brands, covering ceramic toilets, smart toilets and bathroom hardware.

Our Chaozhou ceramic factory covers 30,000 m², operates 30 production lines and produces 2,000+ toilets per day. Standard ceramic toilet FCL orders are usually prepared in 7–15 days after deposit confirmation. Smart toilet series require 30–45 days; new OEM molds or structural changes may add 7–10 days.
Before production, we confirm the model, finish, packaging, quantity, CBM, container plan and delivery term. That gives buyers a written reference for quotation, production and loading.

Engineering Starts With the Product Specification
We treat product development as an engineering task. For ceramic programs, the Chaozhou factory works with high-temperature 1280°C kiln firing and defined finish requirements. For smart toilets and hardware, we confirm functions, components, surface treatment and the requirements of the target market before production.
Custom Manufacturing Solutions
OEM buyers can discuss private-label finishes, custom packaging, model details and production requirements with the export team. We coordinate the information needed for quotation, sample approval, mold or structure confirmation and mass production.
Quality Is a Process, Not a Slogan
Quality control starts before final packing. We check the approved model, materials, finish, function, quantity and packaging against the order details. For export shipments, we also review CBM and loading plans so the commercial documents and physical goods stay aligned.
